This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a lively part of the city, just steps away from the famous Spanish Steps. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to explore the best that Rome has to offer. The rooms are not only luxuriously furnished, but they also come with super bathrooms, adding a touch of elegance to your stay. Moreover, the attention to detail and personal touches in the room and bathroom make you feel like a valued guest.
One minor improvement could be adding a light above the vanity table, as it seemed designed for doing makeup but lacked proper lighting.

lovely staff, delightful room and the location was fabulous....just 2 short blocks to the Spanish Steps. We walked to everything; the Vatican, the Coloseum, Palatine Hill, Caracalla, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Rome. the location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Spanish Steps and surrounded by the best shops in the Condotti area. Secondly, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms are well-appointed with modern bathrooms, providing a great level of comfort.
The only minor flaw was the size of the room, but it was perfectly fine since we mainly used it for sleeping.

The best possible location, friendly staff - Alberto and Alberto and Flori. Clean, well air-condinioned room, breakfast modest but enough, at least for us. Good assistance with a car and a driver for airport and in the city. Room #6 spacious and the bathroom suprisingly big compared to Rome hotels we stayed before.
We liked almost everything and we will stay here again next time in Rome.

The best thing about my stay was the location.
The beds were very hard. There were no staff on hand after breakfast had been served so no one could offer any advice about the area. Only Italian TV.

The breakfast was decent and included a server in the common dining room which was nice. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the trendiest stores and near all the main monuments. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel does not have a reception and you have to arrange a check-in time beforehand which was not made clear in our reservation. We also found the shower quite uncomfortable, with low water pressure. Finally, there were some flies and mosquitos in the room.
